Squash Books is a new business with a close connection to Orange Peel. As a new business it was vital for the branding to give out the right
impression as it is potentially the first thing any new clients will see.
We wanted Squash Books to look stylish, professional and modern. By designing a strong logo that would be recognisable with or
without the business name next to it was very important for Squash Books; they wanted everyone to remember their logo long after they've seen it.
We also designed business stationery, literature and there is also a website in development.
Jaggards are the UK’s leading legal costs specialists; they approached us with the aim of refreshing their image, this included

month and generating more interest for the business via the web.

A new company formed by a man passionate about sound. He had manufactured and designed his own high-definition speaker range but
needed some support in letting the world know about them, but as a startup company his budget was limited.
With the focus on clean and sharp design to reflect how his speakers sound, photography was arranged and advice given on how to
gain exposure for his products. Press adverts for magazines such as Hi-Fi World were also designed.
Orange Peel designed and developed the web-based interfaces for Activ8 Intelligence making use of the latest technology's such as AJAX to provide
the end-user with a more responsive and dynamic environment.
The interface required for this piece of software needed to be designed so it would be easy to use. Alongside
the XHTML, CSS, ASP.NET and AJAX used in the interface there were also some Flash elements carefully integrated to enhance the user experience.
As part of the above project for Activ8 Intelligence, Orange Peel designed and developed a Flash piece for the welcome page to the public side to their
software. Using different objects to relate to specific teams within the business and arranged them to give the impression it was a cityscape. We used server towers for their
technology team, billboard for marketing, vault for finance and so on.
By included some moving ambient elements such as a hot air balloon and people walking past helped bring the design to life.
As part of a larger ongoing campaign, Opportunity Peterborough wanted a direct mail advertising campaign to target the companies
in the east end of London being evicted to make way for the 2012 London Olympics. The aim of the campaign was to get those companies to
relocate their business to Peterborough.
The direct mail campaign was to run for several weeks in association with other advertising media - the campaign was a great success with
some national media coverage.
McCullagh & Co are costs specialist solicitors and they wanted Orange Peel to design and develop a contemporary and professional website that

The Natural Grooming Company needed an exciting new website to support the promotion of their products. A powerful design was needed to give the
products maximum impact and we knew just what to do.
The products packaging was our main inspiration with its sleek black tubes and vibrant colour band we wanted to use this to best effect in the design
but without going over the top with the black. Working with the marketing team we developed a sleek, stylish design that really compliments the products
and reinforces the brand values.

giving them their own identity, supporting this new identity with literature and portable exhibition designs.
The Home Office provided a variety of different projects and challenges.
As personal trainer for a gym already Claire was looking to set up her own business offering professional advice and training to anyone
looking to keep fit and stay healthy. She wanted Orange Peel to design a logo, business cards, a small promotional leaflet she could use to advertise her
expertise in the local areas and a website.
The final concept for her logo made use of a clever icon that consisted of her initials arranged to look like someone doing a sit-up. Using clean
typography with a fresh and uplifting colour palette Claire was very happy with the result.
Looking to revitalise and expand their website Creightons contacted Orange Peel to design and develop a brand new corporate website that would not only
be a sales tool for the business but also a valuable resource for current and potential investors.
In a competitive industry Creightons wanted a design that would set the benchmark... No pressure! Being a large site with a lot of data-driven content we
very carefully planned the structure of the site to lead visitors through without being overwhelmed by pages of content. Using subtle blues on white
we kept the design looking clean, crisp, professional and importantly easy to use.

Already a successful brand name in many places across the world when it comes to male grooming products The Real Shaving Company wanted to refresh their range of products
and the packaging having decided to lead the way and remove all Parabens, SLS, SLES and Alcohol from their products. In close consultation with their skilled
marketing team Orange Peel designed a number of new concepts for the brand.
They wanted to maintain their signature white tubes but needed a new way for consumers to identify the products and their use. A three step system was devised: Pre-Shave,
Shave and Post-Shave as well as four different colours to identify each product type: Moisturising, Invigorating, Menthol and Sensitive.
Look out for the new design, it will be in UK stores by Summer 2008.
After impressing Activ8 with our previous interface designs they were keen for Orange Peel to do the same for their next piece of software. As before the brief was
to balance form with function and design an interface that will not only look great but also be intuitive to use.
Creatively combining multiple technologies such as Flash and AJAX we produced an innovative data-driven navigation system and a scalable interface design
uniquely catering for the requirements of their software.
The St James of London collection takes the traditions of professional barber shop shaving and presents them in a modern and easy to use range
of shaving products.
To support the release of the new range St James of London requested the creative design skills of Orange Peel to produce a promotional booklet that would
be available for free alongside the products in store. The booklet needed to reflect the traditional heritage of the brand and the look of sophistication
seen in the products packaging.
Mountain Ant is a small business specialising in particular type of mountain bike that uses larger wheels than you most commonly find on production bikes. Set up by two enthusiasts
Mountain Ant asked Orange Peel to design a logo for the business and provide some advice on some effective strategies for getting the company noticed.
The logo needed to have a strong shape to suit the market. Since the defining feature of the bikes are their large wheels we saw this as being a great
design element for the logo and using a slick gun metal grey colour really finished the design off well.
We would like to wish the guys at Mountain Ant success with their venture.
The new Ravishing collection from Ann Summers is a special blend of essential oils and Pheromones for women. The designs colour palette was black
and pink, the pink being used as the highlight colour in the floral pattern detail on the packaging.
In close consultation with the client we prepared the artwork so it would be suitable for the printers to ensure a quick turn around and a high
quality finish.
This piece of software needed an interface that would work in a highly dynamic environment that was almost completely data-driven. We utilised a
robust layout design that would be able to handle the dynamic data used whilst still being aesthetically appealing.
As usual we worked in close consultation with the development team at Activ8 often even working alongside them at their offices to make sure the workflow
was streamlined and the best possible result would be archived..
1A Dental is a group of dental practices in the local area; they came to Orange Peel because they wanted to establish the group as a brand. They were
looking for a clean logo that would be instantly recognisable as being a dental business.
We decided to use a stylised tooth as the focal point of the logo being very careful to steer clear of anything that could be considered too cheesy. A subtle
blue colour was chosen for its calming properties, something we felt would be important for a dentist.
When Potter + Moore decided to launch their new English Classics fragrance range they needed a website to support their advertising. The

A popular local print service supplier, Peterborough Print Service contacted us about getting a website concept designed to refresh their online image. We decided to
go one step further and give them a completely new look with a stunning logo idea to match the web design.
Using vibrant colours to draw a user's attention to key promotional points in the design to help drive sales through the website. By having an e-commerce
facility allowing visitors to order printing and pay for it through the website it could open the business up to receiving nationwide sales very easily.
A small collection of products designed to make your feet feel fabulous. Orange Peel were called in to help the client with the artwork and to make sure
everything got to the printers on time.
A clean design using bold colours to identify each product on shelf easily the client was very pleased with the results and the efficient turn around of the project.

a logo, business cards, letterhead and a single page website that would act as his online business card.

This is a concept design for a website pitch to Peter Brotherhood, a large engineering business with its headquarters local to the Orange Peel HQ.
As an engineering business with a long running heritage and reputation we wanted the concept to look clean and professional with a layout that would
be carefully pieced together and a simple but strong colour scheme using the red of the logo as a highlight colour and blacks, greys and white as a base.
Recently Dresser-Rand acquired certain assets of Peter Brotherhood and unfortunatly there isn't a requirement for the website at this time.
A design concept for CJ Kelly Associates we wanted to show off what we could do for their business. In keeping with the company's geometric logo we used
free-flowing modules that would slot together as a layout feature of the website.
As one of the leading suppliers in their industry it was important that we gave the design a strong professional image with a clear navigation system
and structure.
Bancroft Consulting are a small specialist firm of consultants providing Traffic and Transportation advice to all areas of the development industry. Bancroft Consulting asked
