With a fast growing customer base, KickSport needed an efficient and cost effective way to keep in contact with past customers to encourage repeat sales on a monthly basis. We suggested using e-mail marketing; e-mail marketing saves on print overheads and offers the ability to measure a campaigns success through integrated tracking of every e-mail sent, something traditional direct mail cannot offer in the same way.
Using our e-mail marketing system to send the campaign to KickSport's subscriber list we could offer them a comprehensive set of real-time reports allowing them to accurately measure the effectiveness of every campaign sent and even compare the results.
Our intelligent e-mail marketing system was able to personalise each e-mail for each recipient. Using this more personalised approach gave the recipients more confidence that the e-mail would be of interest to them.
The KickSport team plans to attend many of the major Martial Arts events throughout the UK, this would mean customers could collect orders at the event if they were also attending. So we added a section to the design to list all the events KickSport were attending in the coming months so customers could place their orders in time.
